I am a Human Resources Trainer and a social worker. My career taught me the fact one should always have something new to learn. Very often people ignore this fact and rely on their Degrees and Diplomas to survive with life.

I am putting an effort to share  information which may be  handy for continuing once training and enhancing skills on a self sustaining basis without involvement of external factors.  However, I would like to stress on the fact that any such effort would be successful only if one have the commitment, dedication and willingness to put hard work. Consistency pays always.
